Olivia had previously worked in the event production industry in London, focusing on fashion and bespoke themed events for luxury brands. Liv returned to Devon to train at Ashburton Chefs Academy to scratch an itch that had long needed attention since childhood.

Her passion for the culinary arts has led her to an exciting career path having trained and worked at Michael Caines’ Lympstone Manor, The Galley in Topsham, Rusty Pig in Ottery St Mary and then Head Chef at Little Oink on Magdalen Road Exeter.

Olivia is now currently a Chef Tutor at Ashburton Cookery School in Devon alongside private cheffing and tutoring. She has an extensive knowledge base on international cuisines, cooking styles, ingredients and nutrition.
